To perform fitness consultations to new and existing members. Building relationships with our members and assisting them through one on one personal training sessions, group personal training or simply helping them with basic knowledge to maximize their time with us and eliminate any room for injury.
- Create individual workout plans for clients based on client goals and fitness objectives.
- Help client meet fitness objectives by coaching and assisting them in personal training sessions.
- Generate client progress report with accurate measurements and fitness testing (every 2-4 weeks).
- Demonstrate the proper use of strength training and cardiovascular equipment.
- Establish and maintain a professional working relationship with clients
- Serve as a knowledgeable source of fitness and nutrition information for clients.
- Set up personal training sessions with clients, and follow-through.
- Maintain open lines of communication with the client.
- Log all personal training sessions in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Maintain a respectful and professional attitude with all company employees.
- Attend all staff meetings as required.
- Keep up with continuing education requirements for personal training certification.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures.
- Meet monthly production goals.
- Retain P/T Clients

Skills/Qualifications : Personal Training certification and or Group Personal Training certification preferred.
